Colour therapy, or the effect that colour has on our brains, is now widely accepted. If racing red can get you fired up, then why not use a cool grey to calm you down after a long hard day?
Two of South Africa’s well-known paint giants have released various hues of naturals as well as a range of subtle grey, green, blue and purple that promise to add tranquility to any room.
Check out sage green, silver cloud and moss blue. These are a few of the Dulux shades that translate beautifully in the bedroom.
Some of the Plascon colours that work well as separates or as a colour scheme include heavenly dew, mellow blue and ivory snow.
